Through increased awareness and knowledge of the relational and emotional dimensions you will get broader perspectives. This will help you to lead yourself in stressful situations and to create a constructive communication between both parties.
Through integrating technique with psychology, and mixing theory with exercises you will acquire new knowledge and new insights, of which many are counter intuitive.
